A video went viral after a buko vendor was being seen being beaten by a bunch of MMDA officers. Many netizens were angered by the  sight and bashed the MMDA officers. The name of the buko vendor was Romnick Relos and there is just a reason why he was beaten by these MMDA officers. The buko vendor was actually wanted for murder. He was then set up by Raffy Tulfo’s show, Raffy called the MMDA officers to shake hands with him. The MMDA officers then put hand cuffs on him and he was shocked on what was happening.source;youtube
